These are tricky times. Layoffs, Inflation, War, all in the last few months. Add to this climate change and the mass extinction taking place, and things can seem very challenging. I’ve talked to a lot of you over the last few months, and I’ve heard stories about how people are struggling. Struggling because of layoffs, struggling because the economy is bad, struggling because they can’t find the right resources to reach the next level.
